| Instructions | Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Over: Tear open pouch when ready to use; the heat pad is air activated and starts to warm immediately. Place one heat pad in each of the two pockets of the wrap. Do not overlap heat pads or place more than one heat pad in each pocket. Place on treatment area, stretch wrap around entire body and secure belt. Keep wrap flat against skin. Do not fold or bunch as the risk of burn is increased. It may take up to 30 minutes to reach therapeutic temperature. Wear up to 8 hours. Do not use more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period. Discard heat pads after single use. Do not microwave or attempt to reheat heat pads. Children under 12 years of age: consult a physician. |
