NO SEWING is needed, simply iron the hem together. Super Weight is for heavier fabrics such as heavy cotton, denim, suede, wool, and corduroy. For lighter weight fabrics such as cotton, rayon, polyester blends, and acrylic fabrics use HeatnBond Hem Regular Weight. Use White for light colored fabrics and Black for dark colored fabrics
